Steve Aivalis ​

Steve Aivalis has worked in the architecture and development field for the past twelve years. The field of Architecture is well rooted within the Aivalis family and as a result Steve developed an admiration for the field at a very young age. Over the course of his career Steve has contributed to various firms, developing a diverse portfolio that ranges from architecture, interior design and real estate development. Steve has freelanced for Dash Design, Katz Architecture, JFA, and garnered experience and knowledge with a vision of creating a real estate development firm that designs and builds their very own projects. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology and was awarded the ‘Thesis Recognition Award’ for his consistently demonstrated excellence throughout the college years.

Nick Aivalis founded Aivalis Architects in 1993 . Since its inception, Nick has been deeply involved in the design and execution of a wide range of projects, consistently delivering enduring quality and added value that have earned the firm a respected reputation within the design community.
The firm has since evolved into a design–development practice, leveraging Nick Aivalis’s architectural expertise as a foundation to guide projects from concept and design through full construction and completion. Over the course of his career, Nick has designed more than 100 projects and brings a strong background in construction management—an asset that naturally complements the firm’s integrated approach to development.
